Accommodation Tax

  • We are required to collect and remit tax of 16% on behalf of Government of Canada and our Municipality.
  • The 16% tax on accommodation incudes: Goods and Services Sales Tax (GST) 5%, Provincial Sales Tax (PST) 8%, Municipal Regional District Tax (MRDT) 3%.
  • Tax will be shown on the checkout page.

Booking & Payments

  • A deposit of the total amount is due at the time of booking. 
  • Weekly rates are available upon request. 

Cancellation

  • Cancel with a full refund anytime 7 days prior to your stay.
  • Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date.
  • Cancel reservations booked directly by contact info@antlerhouse.ca.
  • You must cancel bookings where you made the original booking.
