Booking & Payments

  • A deposit of the total amount is due at the time of booking.
  • Weekly rates are available upon request.

Cancellations

  • Cancel with a full refund anytime 7 days prior to your stay.
  • Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date.
  • Cancel reservations booked directly by contact info@antlerhouse.ca.
  • You must cancel bookings where you made the original booking.

Check-in / Check-out

  • You will be welcome to check-in at 3pm.
  • 11am is your check-out time.
  • Early or late requests can be made for an additional fee and are based on availability.

Damage & Cleaning Fees

  • In case of damage or excessive cleaning, charges will apply.
  • We value transparency and prompt communication in case of incidents.

Keys

  • A code for the door keypad will be provided to you.

Parking

  • 3 free parking spaces are available for guests in front of the house.

Pets

  • A maximum of 2 well behaved pets are welcome.
  • Pets must be attended to at all times in the fenced yard and house.
  • If the house gets dirty, a $250 cleaning fee will be added at the end of your stay.

Occupancy

  • Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

Quiet Time

  • Quiet hours are 10PM - 7AM.
  • A wireless system measuring decibel levels (noise) is installed on the property.
