Booking & Payments
- A deposit of the total amount is due at the time of booking.
- Weekly rates are available upon request.
Cancellations
- Cancel with a full refund anytime 7 days prior to your stay.
- Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date.
- Cancel reservations booked directly by contact info@antlerhouse.ca.
- You must cancel bookings where you made the original booking.
Check-in / Check-out
- You will be welcome to check-in at 3pm.
- 11am is your check-out time.
- Early or late requests can be made for an additional fee and are based on availability.
Damage & Cleaning Fees
- In case of damage or excessive cleaning, charges will apply.
- We value transparency and prompt communication in case of incidents.
Keys
- A code for the door keypad will be provided to you.
Parking
- 3 free parking spaces are available for guests in front of the house.
Pets
- A maximum of 2 well behaved pets are welcome.
- Pets must be attended to at all times in the fenced yard and house.
- If the house gets dirty, a $250 cleaning fee will be added at the end of your stay.
Occupancy
- Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
Quiet Time
- Quiet hours are 10PM - 7AM.
- A wireless system measuring decibel levels (noise) is installed on the property.
